The U.S. Virgin Islands National Field Team represents our Federation's commitment to developing elite field lacrosse athletes capable of competing at the highest levels of international championship competition. As the traditional, globally-established lacrosse format, field lacrosse serves as the foundational competitive pathway recognized by World Lacrosse and played across 50+ nations with decades of established infrastructure. Our National Field Team identifies, develops, and prepares exceptional USVI athletes to represent our territory with distinction at World Lacrosse Championships, Pan-American Field Championships, and other premier international tournaments—building on the sport's rich history of strategic complexity, endurance, and team-based excellence.

Unlike our Box Lacrosse program, which emphasizes indoor speed and instinctive decision-making on compact playing surfaces, the Field Team cultivates athletes who excel in the strategic depth and positional versatility demanded by full 110-yard fields and complex team dynamics.
